User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or booking an appointment.

Bookings & Appointments

When you book an appointment through our platform, you agree to show up at the scheduled time or cancel with reasonable notice. The service provider sets their own cancellation policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to access another user's account

Limitation of Liability

Satisfait Là provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for disputes between service providers and clients, including the quality of services rendered. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
